An appraiser must perform assignments ethically and competently, in accordance with USPAP and any supplemental standards applicable to the assignment. An appraiser must not engage in criminal conduct. An appraiser must perform assignments with impartiality, objectivity, and independence, and without accommodation of personal interests.
An appraiser must not accept an assignment that includes the reporting of predetermined opinions and conclusions.

Apella Real Estate Business Solutions as a home inspection management company holds on file copies of all of its Home Inspectors Licenses and or certifications and other qualifications if required by the state that the home inspector resides in and conducts business in. Not all States require Home Inspectors to be Licensed or Certified and or carry any noted insurance(s).
