REQUESTING AN APPRAISAL We contact you and will ask you some questions that we refer to as our “Homeowner Interview” in order to gain some basic knowledge about your subject property and product needs. The Homeowner Property Information Survey portion of the order form "Section D" is designed to save you this step. The survey is not required however the communication that it provides does help us in speeding up your product request. We will contact you throughout the order process giving you status as to where in the process your order is and when we have completed the assignment.
