We will send you an email, fax, both or call you by phone for when we receive the order, when the scheduled appointment needs to be confirmed, when the visit has been completed and when we have sent you the product.
Apella works very closely with our venders to ensure that this communication is maintained at all times. Should our vendors or we encounter a situation we will contact you at once. With our philosophy of constant improvement we have incorporated using technology to improve Apella’s communication with the client.
Apella Real Estate Business Solutions can send you our product by email in PDF or mail you a copy on a CD-ROM. TYPES OF PRODUCTS If your client is in need of an appraisal for a loan with a bank, credit union or mortgage company that will or may sell the loan on the secondary market (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), is secured by the federal government or is under terms regulated by the federal government, federal regulations require the appraisal to be ordered by a lending institution or on behalf of a lending institution by a party other then the loan applicant(s) regardless of who may or will pay for the appraisal. In relation to such, Apella Real Estate Business Solutions requires that all real estate sales brokers and/or agents disclose this fact to their customers and/or clients. Furthermore, it is from the requirements of RESPA as well as various state occupational codes and laws that Apella Real Estate Business Solutions is not allowed to pay or provide any kind of compensation of any form in return for business.
